At EyeDell, we offer glasses in 3 sizes – small, medium, and large. Click the ‘Frame Size’ link at the bottom of the page to know your size. Around 80-90% of our customers find medium size to be the best fit.

Will the glasses have my prescription?

You can buy glasses fitted with your prescription or even the frames alone. We custom-make glasses with single vision, bifocal, or progressive prescriptions across all powers.

Can EyeDell make my complex power?

Yes. We stock all powers – simple and complex. Our lab ensures that even the most complex prescriptions are fitted with 100% accuracy.

Where do I submit my eye power details?

You can share your prescription after purchase. Options include uploading a picture, entering it online, emailing us at power@eyedell.com, or calling us at +91-8637068282.

How can I be sure of the quality of the frames?

Quality is at the core of EyeDell’s products. Our plastic frames are made from high-quality acetate, and our metal frames are crafted from steel or titanium – making them resistant to corrosion and breakage.

How do you choose the brands you sell?

All brands at EyeDell are carefully selected based on product quality, manufacturing standards, and customer satisfaction.

How long will it take to receive my glasses?

Orders are usually dispatched within 5–12 days of confirmation (and after receiving your prescription if required). Delivery takes an additional 2–5 days depending on your location.

Can I use my old prescription?

Yes, but we recommend using one that is less than 12 months old for best results.

Do you offer computer or blue light glasses?

Yes, we provide blue light blocking lenses, ideal for screen use.

What if my glasses don’t fit properly?

EyeDell offers a 7-day easy exchange, so you can swap for a better fit.

Are kids’ glasses available with prescriptions?

Yes, our kids’ eyewear can be fitted with prescription lenses.

Do lenses come with coatings?

Yes, all lenses include anti-glare and scratch-resistant coating by default. You can also choose upgrades like photochromic or polarized lenses.

Do you sell contact lenses too?

Yes, EyeDell provides both daily and monthly contact lenses from trusted brands.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, COD is available in most Indian pin codes along with secure online payments.

Do you provide warranty?

Yes, all frames and lenses come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
